City Line Tattoo

 Anthony “Tony” Echternacht has been a Tattoo Artist for over twenty years, and owned his own business for ten. Apprenticed by his father, Alan “Skip” Echternacht, he grew up with tattooing in his home. His father opened his first tattoo shop, "Skip's Tattoo," in Reading, Pennsylvania. In the eighties, it moved to Lancaster.

City Line Tattoo got its name from Skip when it was opened by him and Tony as partners in 2004. Skip opened and owned other shops in the area, apprenticing many other local artists in tattooing and body piercing until his death in 2008.

Contemporarily, City Line Tattoo fosters a calming, enjoyable tattoo or piercing experience. Tony offers an array of custom tattooing and professional body piercing services, including tattoo removal and cosmetic tattooing, in a sterile environment with brand new equipment for each procedure, and a plethora of colored inks to choose from. He doesn’t call it work, because he loves his livelihood.
